What is the song Outlaw by Victony all about?

I don’t really know why “Victony,” titled the song Outlaw. An outlaw is someone that breaks the law. So, I am wondering about the correlation?

Was Victony saying that he is ready to break the law to gain prominence ans rule the music industry or what?
