Music Review: Chichi by Naira Marley
Ehen, the lewd master- Naira Marley has fallen in love! Iye na nice! (That is nice!)
Chich is a song by Nigerian singer and songwriter, Naira Marley. The artist sang in three languages; Yoruba, Igbo, and Pidgin. The video for the song “Chichi,” features Nollywood actress, Jaiye Kuti. Jaiye Kuti acted as a restaurant owner in the song.
I am wondering though why she was wearing an apron with the inscription “Chichi,” when she is not the bearer of the name. Except she named her restaurant after her daughter, Chichi.
Wait o, I saw Naira Marley’s face imprinted on those beer bottles. Is that a new beer owned by Naira Marley? Or it was done via computer? Whichever, I really hope that one day, he would have a beer company if he desires to or any product/brand with his name imprinted on it.
