Is this really Teni?
The above question was what I asked no one in particular but “myself” after watching the visual of this melodic song with a wide grin. Teni is the Sonita to the Drameta in the video; so of course, it is Teni.
Ehen, so Teni can be like this? As in Teni can look like this? Teni o! Teni that used to do like Teniboy-tomboy now transformed to Teni-princess; iye no nice (As in that’s nice)
But really, I love this song; I don’t know where I was when the video came out o. So what is the song Power Rangers by Teni about?
This is a love song whereby the artiste wants the full commitment, love, and attention of her partner. She is crazy about her boyfriend who is however not faithful to her. She says the love she has for her boyfriend can’t be compared to the love other girls that want to snatch him away have.
She wishes she could be everything her boyfriend wants her to be and everywhere he wants her to be. She wishes she had a superpower like those superheroes such as Power Rangers to please him perfectly in such a way that he won’t look at other girls.
She says if she had super strength, super speed, and super combat skills she would be able to please him and also battle anyone trying to separate them.
