What is the movie Dual all about?

The movie “Dual,” was about Sarah (Acted by Karen Gillan) who had a rare terminal disease, and was about to die. In order not to make her loved ones grieve after her death, Sarah decided to find a replacement for herself.

She went to the “replacement home,” and got someone that looked exactly like her. Sarah wanted to keep this secret. However, Sarah’s boyfriend, Peter (Acted by Beulah Koale) got to know. also, her mother (Acted by Maija Paunio) got to know.

The original Sarah (Acted by Karen Gillan) and Sarah’s replacement (Acted by Karen Gillan) started spending time together. This is to enable Sarah’s replacement to know some of her likes, dislikes, activities, and loved ones. Original Sarah introduced her replacement to her boyfriend, Peter (Acted by Beulah Koale).

However, things took a different shape when the gastroenterologist (Acted by June Hyde) told the original Sarah that she has been cured of the rare disease and won’t be dying anymore. 

But, the original Sarah’s replacement was already living her life. She was now sleeping with her boyfriend, Peter, who also took her to the original Sarah’s mother (Acted by Maija Paunio) without telling her.

Now, the original Sarah wants her man, Peter back, but Peter doesn’t want her back, as he prefers her replacement. 

The original Sarah wants her life back. To get her life back, she must battle her dual in a duel. She hired a combat trainer, Trent (Acted by Aaron Paul) to equip her with martial skills so she can fight her dual and defeat her.
